		<description>If the top 10 banks are worth nothing without oil, will all there billions in assets be disseminated to smaller, regional banks?  If not, who will seek collection for all the home and small biz loans out there?  Government take-over?  Will Monsanto&#039;s try to capture all the farmland that&#039;s been repossesed?   I struggle with post-oil debt collection all the time.  And if the dollar or euro is worthless, what do we pay taxes and mortgages with?</description>
